The coaching
What exactly do you coach?
How to make AI do real work in your business. First, you learn what AI actually does and where it breaks. Then we practice together, on your real work, until you have a system that runs and the know-how to build the next one.
Who is it for?
People who run their own business: solopreneurs, independents and small-business owners. If you already chat with AI every day but your workload hasn't moved, you are in the right place.
I'm not technical. Is this for me?
Yes. No technical background needed. We start with understanding, in plain words, before we touch any tool.
How does it work, step by step?
In two stages. First, understanding: AI literacy and a little theory, so you know what the model does and where it breaks. Then practice: we work together, hands on, on your real work, session after session. You keep your hands on it the whole time.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number. Some things take less than a session, others take several. We set a first target in the free chat, you start with one hour, and you can stop after any hour.
Do I need to come with a project?
No. We start from how you work today, and we find the first task worth taking off your plate together.
What will I have at the end?
A system that runs on your real work, and the know-how to build the next one yourself. We prove the gain with a before and after on your own work, never with a percentage nobody can check.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Day to day, almost only Claude Code and n8n. Claude, ChatGPT and Make when the task or what you already use calls for it. The tools change every six months. The method stays.
What have you built so far?
More than 40 AI systems running in production, and 25 businesses supported since February 2025. Two examples: 1,800 emails handled for under $18 of AI cost, and a solopreneur I coached who says his morning routine went from 3 hours to 15 minutes. Clients stay anonymous.
Can you just build it for me?
Coaching is you building, with me beside you, so the system stays yours and you can build the next one without me. I also build automation systems for businesses, as a separate service: say so in the free chat and I will tell you which fits.
Price
How much does it cost?
$140 an hour (US dollars), one on one. You can buy a single hour, or a pack of 5 or 10 hours at a lower rate. No package to commit to: start with one hour.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. Start with one hour. If it is not useful, you stop there.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and nobody honest can promise a saving before seeing your work. What we do instead is measure: a before and after on your own work.
What happens after the free chat?
If AI can help you, I tell you how, and you book a first hour whenever you want. If it can't, I tell you that too, and you leave with a clear answer.
Practical
Where are you based? Can we work across time zones?
In Tokyo, Japan. Coaching is fully remote and worldwide. I'm at the counter from 10 am to 2 am, Tokyo time, so whether you are in Europe, in the US or in Asia, we find a slot in your working day.
When I'm at the counter, in your time
In what language?
English or French.
Who will I work with?
With me, directly. This is a one-person business: no team, no sales staff.
Is my work confidential?
Yes. What you show me in a session stays between us, and no client is ever named on this site. If you need it, I sign your NDA.
The free chat
What happens on the free chat?
30 minutes, nothing to prepare. You tell me how you work, I tell you honestly what AI can and can't do for you.
How do I book it?
Right here, or with any Book a free chat button on this site. You pick a slot in the calendar, in your own time zone, and we meet on Google Meet.
Is the assistant on the site a real person?
No. It is an AI assistant that knows how I work. When a question is one for me, it says so, and I answer it in the free chat.
About AI
Why does AI make things up?
A model predicts the most probable next word, not the truth. Faced with a blank, it fills it rather than admit it does not know. That is hallucination, and the format you ask for (a table, a list) often triggers it.
Why are my AI answers so generic?
Usually, missing context. What isn't written doesn't exist for the AI: the costliest errors come from what you never wrote down.
Why does AI agree with everything I say?
Ask a person "are you sure?" and they double-check. Ask a model, and it tends to cave. So you verify with receipts (ask it for the source), not with trust.
