I design and build AI automations for businesses through Azenflow, my French company. More than 40 of them run in production today. Since February 2025 I have supported 25 businesses, and trained teams to use AI at work, including 140 developers at a health-software publisher.
Now I coach independents and small-business owners, one on one, in English or French. Fully remote, worldwide, at an hour that fits your time zone.
Most people use AI as operators: they type a prompt, copy the answer, and start again tomorrow. That is the conversational mirage. I help you become the architect: you understand what the model does and where it breaks, then you design systems you can hand real work to.
So we always start by understanding. Three limits first:
Then we practice together, on your real work, at your pace.
The tools change every six months. The method stays.
The questions people ask me most. Open a card to read my answer.
I have always been fascinated by Japan. I came to Tokyo three years ago on a working holiday visa, and I never wanted to leave. My business started here: first building automation systems, with or without AI, for small and mid-sized businesses, mostly in France. Two years ago I also became a trainer, an AI strategy and implementation consultant, and a coach.
It is just me. No team, no sales staff: when you book a chat, you talk with me, and I am the one who coaches you. I can run it alone because I use what I teach. I built my own systems for my prospecting, my accounting, my quotes and invoices, my client deliverables and my training materials. Every repetitive task with no added value is automated, so I can focus on what matters: building automations and coaching you.
At the end of 2022, just before ChatGPT was released to the public, I found OpenAI's Playground and started talking with GPT-3. I was hooked at once: I had never seen anything that new or that impressive. I have used AI every day since, for almost four years now. Today I use it very differently from most people, and those methods and protocols are exactly what I teach.
Both. In three years I have built more than 40 automations that run in production today, on n8n or with Claude Code. That is why I coach: I teach what I build every week, not what I read about.
Almost only two tools: Claude Code and n8n, every day. But the tools change every six months. The method stays, so that is what I teach first.
We always start with AI literacy: what the model really does and where it breaks. That part is not optional. Then we build together, on your real work. You type on your side and I follow your shared screen: I guide your prompts and explain why, I comment on what we see, and I show you how to improve it. I am not building for you. We build together, so you leave with the keys.
Someone who wants me to do everything for them, without understanding how it works. That is a different kind of service. I coach: my job is to work alongside you and pass on what I know.
Of course you can't trust me yet. So start with the free 30-minute chat: we talk about how you work, and I show you live demos. Then, if it fits, you pay $140 an hour (US dollars), one hour at a time or as a pack of 5 or 10 hours at a lower rate. And I prove every gain with a before and after on your own work, never with a percentage nobody can check.
I build automations for businesses in Europe, I train teams and advise companies on AI, and I develop new tools to help me in my own daily work.
I chalked the list on the slate, right there on the wall.

The assistant that answers you on this site is a system I built. Here is how it works, so you can judge it for yourself.
Conversations are kept for 12 months so I can improve the answers, then deleted. They are tied to an anonymous id: never your name, and your IP address is never stored. More in the privacy policy.
